ქინძმარაული — კახეთის ყვარლის მიკროზონის ბუნებრივად ნახევრადტკბილი წითელი PDO, დამზადებული მხოლოდ საფერავისგან; სიტკბო მიიღწევა დუღილის შეჩერებით და არა შაქრის დამატებით. ეს ერთ-ერთი ყველაზე ცნობილი ქართული სახელია, დაფიქსირებული ზონა კი შეზღუდულია (ღია შეფასებებით — ასეულობით ჰექტარი), ამიტომ მოთხოვნა შეიძლება აღემატებოდეს ზონის ნამდვილ გამოშვებას და სახელი ზოგჯერ ვრცელდება ზონის გარეთ მოყვანილ საფერავზეც. რა შეამოწმოთ: დარწმუნდით, რომ ღვინო არის საფერავი ყვარლის რეგისტრირებული ქინძმარაულის ზონიდან და მწარმოებელი იქ იძენს ყურძენს.
