Natural winery

The winery is a member of the Natural Wine Association — a union of grape growers and winemakers engaged only in organic viticulture and natural winemaking. The association issues its mark to a cellar, not to a single bottle, and it confirms that the winery works by the association’s rules.

• The vineyard is kept to organic requirements; the grower looks after the environment and aims at a self-sustaining ecosystem.
• Winemaking avoids methods and means that essentially alter the wine’s natural organoleptic properties.
• Labels must be truthful and fully reflect the wine’s origin.
