Outer Kakheti, Sagarejo district: the southern foot of Tsiv-Gombori on the Iori plateau, with vineyards at 450–800 m. The zone covers ten villages, among them Manavi, Tokhliauri, Giorgitsminda and Kakabeti. Mtsvane Kakhuri is the only variety and the wine is white dry. The yield is capped at ten tonnes per hectare.

Manavi is a dry white PDO from the Sagarejo area of Kakheti, made from Kakhuri Mtsvane, giving fresh, aromatic whites with lively acidity. It is a dry appellation with no notable authenticity concern; the wine should be Mtsvane from the registered Manavi zone.
